1. Request Sample
   Submit your sample request with the product type, size, or model you’re interested in.

2. Sample Delivery (7–12 Business Days)
   Your sample is sourced on demand from our suppliers.
   Estimated arrival time: 7–12 business days.

3. Inspection Appointment
   When the sample arrives, we will contact you to arrange an inspection appointment.

4. Sample Inspection
   Review the sample in person — check the material, quality, texture, and fit.

5. Purchase / Not Purchase
   If the sample meets your expectations, you can proceed with your order.
   If not, no problem — there is no obligation to buy.
