14-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return the item within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Conditions for Return:

Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your item.

Condition: The artwork must be returned in its original, unused condition and in the original packaging. Any item that shows signs of installation, wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a refund.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 

Return Process:

Initiation: Email us at jammy_love@icloud.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Packaging: Securely package the artwork, ideally in the original custom crating/box, to prevent damage during transit.

Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping service with insurance for the full value of the artwork, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return transit.

Inspection & Refund: Once the artwork is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 days.

Additional Instructions & Warranty

Damage Upon Arrival (DOA):

If the sculpture arrives damaged, you must notify us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) and provide detailed photographs of the damaged item and the shipping container/packaging.

Do not discard the original packaging. The packaging is required for the freight company to process a damage claim. Failure to retain the original packaging may void our ability to offer a replacement or refund.

Product Care:

This stainless steel sculpture with a PVD finish is designed for indoor use only.

Clean the surface gently with a dry, soft, microfiber cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or water, as this may damage the polished and matte finishes.
